A Bit About Me
For the past 12 years, I’ve been in charge of online markets. As a country manager for Verbaudet.com, I was in charge of managing traffic, business plan, strategy, project, e-merchandising, customer care, logistics, communication and marketing.
Analytics showed an opportunity for a new dedicated market for Belgium, after months of work, Verbaudet.be was born!
Thereafter, I wanted to get a better understanding on IT aspects linked to my job. Getting to know what happens behind the scene helped me helping companies improving their online strategy, their digital projects and project management using scrum/Agile if it makes sense.
This brought me to the consulting world at Capgemini, where I stepped up from project director to head of the Digital Factory and its 40 members after my first year.
I strongly believe that building an effective strategy starts with listening to the client and understand what they need. The second lever is measuring actions and their effectiveness through KPIs, and iterate.
Don't forget listening to your team !
