Quechua mobile application
My team and I won a bid for Decathlon after presenting the pre-sales proposal to the client.
I was Project director for this mobile application project.
Quick and simple : 2s tents at Decathlon are easy to install .. but who knows how to fold them quickly ? That was the objective of this application : Having the folding notice for each tents everywhere you are.
I picked 3 people in my team : 1 back end/front end engineer, 1 test manager and 1 UI and we delivered the application to the client.
Oxelo In-Store Photo Booth
Same process as for the Quechua application, but this time client needed a photobooth interface to promote their new kid's skate.
You could change the background and be a princess running with your skate for example.
This time the application was suited for only one device (the screen) to take the picture with the decor and the back ground provided from different suppliers.
The most important thing was to organise teams to have the application development working with a right material and decor
