Situation :

People didn't find the Cathie in Google, and when they were on the website they didn't find how to contact the practician and book an appointment.

 

Tasks :

I Made an audit of the website : Traffic, SEO, Design, Architecture, Platform, customer journey, content.

I gave advices on these topics after a presentation to the client. The main point was that the website doesn't fit with the UX codes and doesn't contain the right information.

 

Action :

I created 3 personas and built the website strategy (design thinking method). I found another way to make the final customer feeling zen and confident with the practician by booking an appointment.
