After case studies, market researches and our results in the  vb.com website, I had the go to founded a new website from the ground, the 1st mobile first and responsive design website of the company.

I created a project team with a software engineer, a technical PMO and our Portuguese graphic studio for the UI.

 

I designed the website according to our experiences of .com's Belgian customer journeys.

I found suppliers for the delivery and manage the logistic with my vb.com team

I made a business plan, the product range and the revenue projection for 3 years and presented to the CEO.

 

After 8 months, the Belgium market and the website in 2 languages were created. We tested the end to end process to be sure that the navigation, the checkout part with the payment and the deliveries worked well.  On the  2nd February 2015, we launched the website and start with local campaigns, emails, traffic, e-merchandising, management and web optimisations
